rTerm Web CLI

The rTerm Web CLI is used to connect to rTerm Agents via the web.

Usage

Public Keys

When you visit https://t.rterm.io a set of public/private keys are created for you and stored in local storage. The public key is shown by clicking the key icon in the upper right corner. Add this public key to ~/.ssh/authorized_keys or equivalent. Once this public key is added to the host a remote terminal session can start.

rTerm Web CLI

To use the rTerm Web CLI, visit the URL provided by the rTerm Agent or type https://t.rterm.io/?sessionId=<sessionId> in to your browser.

Trusted Devices

If you have connected to previous rTerm clients, you will see a dropdown menu of all the trusted devices. Select a device to start a remote terminal session.
